Spinning Rods

Most of GCR Inshore Spinning models are built on high modulus graphite blanks. These are extremely light and sensitive. Complete inshore models weigh in around 4ounces even with cork or EVA grips. Upgrade to carbon and it drops the weight to around 3oz.

These are a great value for an extremely high-end blank and built right here in the USA. You can't buy the blank for what we sell a completed rod for!

Colored blanks models are built on Mudhole tackle colored series. Designed to be high strength and lightweight all at an excellent value.

For heavier inshore/nearshore/pier rods, we prefer Rainshadow blanks. They are typically readily available and a reliable cost-effective solution. Depending on length for pier rods, we use popular Rainshadow RX7 models such as SW966, SW968, SW1088 and SW1089.
